SUMMARY:Cookout & Auction - Social Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Our May Social Meeting will be our traditional Cookout and Annual Auction\n\nNext Monday\, May 14\, 2018\, at the clubhouse.\nCookout at 6:30PM\, Auction at 7:00\n\nWe will be cooking burgers and hot dogs\, and the club will supply the usual chips\, soft drinks\, and such.\n\nDonations of other food items – such as baked beans\, potato salad\, cole slaw\, desserts – are needed and will be greatly appreciated by all.  Please let Paul Traugh know what you can bring.  Paul’s email is paultraugh@yahoo.com\, phone is 207-749-8352.\n\nThe auction will begin around 7:00\, or maybe a bit later as the weather report looks great!  Emery Pelletier will again be our auctioneer\, with Warren Graumann keeping everyone honest.  If past auctions are any guide\, there should be plenty of hunting and fishing gear\, reloading items\, old and new ammo\, boating and camping equipment\, and who knows what!  I promise a few surprises!  And\, of course\, it’s all for the benefit of your club!\n\nWe need your items for the auction.  The best time to drop things off are Saturday or Sunday morning during the pistol and trap events\, or Monday before the auction.\n\nBring your appetites\, and bring your checkbooks!
